First Day in Paris 9/10/13

It's 6 am bet Jane and Vi are already up and on the road. I went to bed and died last night... I was so tired after little to no sleep on the plane over and then we were on the go all day... Tired but had a fun time relearning about the Paris buses and subways. We have a darlin little apartment. As I stayed home last night while the others went out I am the only one up this morning. Being very quiet and trying to figure out how the stove works so I can cook up some of my veggies that I bought yesterday so I can take some with me in my day pack as we are going out to see some museums today. Yes, my asparagus is getting hot. Figure I will take some of them and some cut up peppers to munch on.... Marie am hoping that you will share this with Betty. Oh yes, you should have seen all 5 of us on the VERY Full, wall to wall people, metro during rush getting back to the apartment with Bonnie and Jane 2 large suitcases and bags. Not for the faint of heart. We had to change several times and the trick was making sure that we all got off and back on all at the same time. Jim and Martha treated us to a lovely dinner about 7 last night. I had a great omelette and the others had lamb, duck and quiche Lorraine. Fun time. Sent from my iPad
